Today at the Telugu box office, there were two new theatrical releases. Major and Vikram are the Titles. Both of these movies are content-driven.
When it comes to the OTT partners for these two films, Netflix has purchased the post-theatrical digital streaming rights to Major, while Disney+ Hotstar has the OTT rights to Vikram.
The film will not be available on OTT until at least 60 days after its theatrical premiere, according to Team Major.
In the case of Vikram, the directors earlier suggested that Disney+ Hotstar paid a hefty sum for the film’s all-language OTT rights.
Given that both Major and Vikram are action thriller films, they surely set records on respective OTT platforms.
