The Nation mourns the loss of Kannada Star Actor Puneeth Rajkumar
Kanada star actor Puneeth Rajkumar has died after suffering a heart attack on Friday (29th October 2021). Actors across India from Bollywood to the South film industry expressed shock and heartbreak at his death.
The 46-year-old Kannada actor was rushed to the hospital after a complaint of chest pain at 11:40. The actor was reportedly working out in his gym when he collapses suddenly and was rushed to the hospital immediately. He was receiving treatment in ICU until the Heartbreak news came forth. The actor survived by his wife and 2 children.
Karnataka CM in a statement said that “shocked and deeply saddened as Karnataka’s most loved superstar Puneeth Rajkumar is no longer with us. A huge personal loss and one that’s difficult to come to terms with. praying the almighty gives the Rajkumar family and friends the strength to bear this loss.” (Sic).

Son of Superstar Rajkumar, Puneeth started his career as a child artist with his father in the early 1980s. Raam, Hudugaru, and Anjani Putra are some of his memorable movies. He was last seen in Yuvarathnaa(2021).
