Tenet film Making Video: Mind blowing facts from the Genius Nolan
Tenet film making video has been released by Warner Bros Pictures a few hours ago. Christopher Nolan’s prestigious movie Tenet is out in cinemas in several parts of the world this week. The nine and a half minute behind the scenes video has further raises curiosity about Nolan‘s Epic time-bending espionage movie.
The Tenet film making video involves the cast and crew including John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Kenneth Branagh, Indian actress dimple Kapadia, Himesh Patel, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Thomas Hayslip, Emma Thomas and Nolan himself talking about how tenet was made, be the action, VFX, and the intelligent plot of Tenet.
In the video clip, Nolan says: “tenet is an espionage story, it’s a classic spy story. I grew up loving spy movies, but to make it seem to today’s audience I sort of felt like for me to really engage with it. I wanted to have bigger possibilities. The film deals with this concept of inversion which is the idea that the entropy of an object or person could be reversed. It’s very much cinematic, it’s something that you have to see on the screen to fully engage with.”
The lead actor of Tenet, Washington talks about how he pulled from his athletic experience. He wanted to do all the action himself even though they were difficult. He played for four years with a professional American football team for the stunt sequences of the movie. Tenet cinematographer Van Hoytema and executive producer Hayslip say that Nolan wants everything in camera and doesn’t want to use CGI. He doesn’t want the shots by merely reversing the footage.
Another lead actor from the movie, Robert Pattinson says the stunt scene involving a Boeing 747 is the best. Nolan has used a real Boeing 747 for a stunt scene by crashing into the building.
Tenet was filmed in seven countries India, Denmark, Italy, Estonia, Norway, the UK, and the US. Tenet is now screening in various parts of Europe, Australia, South East Asia, and the Middle East. Tenet doesn’t have a release date in India yet. It is going to release in China and the US followed by Russia and Japan in the following weeks.
