Sai Pallavi in Soundarya’s biopic?

Soundarya was a popular actress who worked in several Telugu, Kannada, Tamil films over a span of a decade. If the reports are to be believed, The makers are planning to bring Soundarya’s biopic on to the Big Screen.

As per a Times of India report, a Telugu filmmaker initiated talks with the family of Soundarya to get permission for the biopic. Apparently, Sai Pallavi has been approached to play the titular role. She is yet to give her nod. 

The untitled project is expected to explore Soundarya’s personal life and her career. Soundarya rose to fame with ‘Ammoru’ film and she went onto become a leading actress. She acted alongside all top stars including Chiranjeevi, Rajinikanth, Venkatesh, Nagarjuna. She also acted with Amitabh Bachchan in the Hindi film ‘Sooryavansh’. 

The actress died in a helicopter crash at the age of 31 leaving her fans in shock and grief.
