‘Rangam’ Director KV Anand passes away
Director K V Anand was one of the famous Directors in the Tamil film industry. He passed away this morning on 30th April. As per the latest updates, he was hospitalized due to covid-19 which resulted in a cardiac arrest. He is known for the hit film ‘Rangam’ (Telugu Remake of Ko) movie. He started his career as a cinematographer and worked for the movies such as Boys, Nayak, Shivaji. Later he turned director and made superhit movies like Surya’s Veedokkade and Brothers.
The Tamil film industry was already mourning the loss of actor Vivek and this sad news came as a shock to many.
South Indian film personalities expressed their condolences to KV Anand. Allu Arjun, Vishal, Tamanna, Mohanlal express their condolences on their respect to Twitter platforms.
Allu Arjun took to Twitter and wrote, “Just woke up to this sad news that Dir KV Anand garu is no more. Wonderful cameraman, a brilliant director and very nice gentleman. Sir, you will always be remembered & missed. Condolences to the near, dear & family. Rest in Peace Sir. #KVAnand.”
