After a slow opening Shahid Kapoor’s Jersey saw significant growth on Day 2. The film also features Mrunal Thakur. After a long delay, Shahid Kapoor’s Jersey finally hit theaters on the 22nd of April. It was, however, impacted by Yash’s KGF Chapter 2 wave which is currently dominating the theater box office. Jersey has picked up its pace after a slow opening. The film is directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri The drama about sports also has Mrunal Thakur.

On the second day, the film did show an increase and earned 5.50 crore, as per trade analysts. It’s evident that the film’s director Prashanth Neel’s KGF Chapter 2 affected Shahid’s film’s figures.
