Janhvi Kapoor’s Gunjan Saxena release date is out, #Boycottthemovie is trending
Netflix India has recently announced a super line up of 17 new movies for release on its digital platform. Janhvi Kapoor’s Gunjan Saxena is a biopic of our country’s first Air force woman officer who went to war. Starkid Janhvi Kapoor is essaying the lead role.
‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’ is confirmed to release on August 12th just days ahead of independence day. The biopic tells the story of the woman officer who involved in the Kargil war, which inspires many young women. ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’ also features Pankaj Tripathi, Angad Bedi, Vineet Kumar Singh, and Manav Vij.
Meanwhile, some Bollywood fans are tweeting about boycotting the film as it promotes the nepotism. Since the demise of young actor Sushant Singh Rajput, there were a lot of trends on social media against Nepotism, Bollywood Mafia, and justice for Sushant. Since Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor’s daughter Jhanvi Kapoor is playing the lead role and produced by Karan Johar (Dharma Productions), many SSR fans are tweeting to Boycott the Gunjan Saxena movie which will release on August 12th on Netflix India.
Note the date 12th August.
