Analysis:
Keerthy Suresh, in her role as Chinni, just nailed it. This is going to be the best performance in her career. The performance from glamorized roles is always challenging, but she pulled it off flawlessly. It was Selvaraghvan as Sangayya that lived in the character, the kind intensity that he showed in his eyes.
Director Arun Matheswaran knows these two actors’ abilities, so he places a lot of close-up shots. Chinni is a technically excellent movie, Director Arun Matheswaran succeeded in every aspect, Yamini Yagnamurthy’s cinematography is a major highlight, the shot compositions, color palette, everything worked well in the process of creating a new world, and Sam CS’s score elevated the movie to the next level.

The film Chinni is a must-see, but not for everyone, and for those who love intense, raw, and gritty movies, it is the best for them. This film is available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
