Bigg Boss 4 Telugu: who will replace Noel?

Noel Sean is one of the strongest contestants of Bigg Boss 4 Telugu.  He is gaining more popularity with his actions and words. He became captain of the House two times. He established a decent fanbase among the audience.

In the recent episode of Bigg Boss Telugu, We saw that Noel was suffering from some physical ailments. Bigg Boss called him into the confession room and said that he needed some urgent medical help. so Noel left the Bigg Boss house. 

If the leg problem becomes serious for Noel, he might not come back to the Bigg Boss house. The inside talk of the Bigg Boss house is that the organizers are looking for the replacement of Noel. The eliminated contestants Devi Nagavalli, Sujatha, Kumar Sai among others may get a chance to reenter Bigg boss house. Or some new celebrity goes to the big boss’s house as a wild card entry. Although, No official news is out. We have to wait and watch if Noel can come back or a new one replaces the spot.
