Akshay Kumar’s Laxmii: Twitterati trolls the movie and makes fun
Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has come up with a new release “Laxmii”. Earlier, it was titled Laxmmi Bomb, but it changed to “Laxmi” over the sentiments of Hinduism. The movie stars Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani, Sharad Kelkar, Rajesh Sharma among others.
It is a remake of the 2011 Tamil film Kanchana. Raghava Lawrence is the director of both versions. It was the first big-budget film that was streamed on Disney plus Hotstar platform on 9 November.
The film received negative reviews and got a low IMDB rating of less than 2.5. Netizens troll Akshay Kumar for making the worst film. Let’s look at some Twitterati reactions.

Not sure if Laxmii was made for direct OTT release but it felt like a never ending TV serial that couldn't decide a genre. Unnecessary sound effects, stupid movie references and too many social issues for one movie to handle. Disgusting will be an understatement. #LaxmiiReview
