‘Adipurush’ teaser was trolled, and compared to POGO and Cartoon Network episodes!
After the trailer was released, ‘Adipurush’ was mocked by social media users who compared it to POGO and Cartoon Network episodes. They started trending with the hashtag ‘disappointed’.
Netizens speculated that any of these kid’s cartoon channels might host the release of Adipurush if it had to happen on an OTT.
On Sunday, a large ceremony was held on the bank of the Sarayu in Ayodhya to debut the eagerly anticipated teaser and poster for Prabhas and Kriti Sanon’s “Adipurush”.
The film’s scope is reflected in the teaser’s length of one minute and 46 seconds. The mythological tale seems to promise a spectacular display. The interesting trailer portrays Lord Rama as he prepares to destroy the evil dominion Lankesh, played by Saif Ali Khan, has created. The characters of Sunny Singh and Kriti Sanon are also shown.
However, the Prabhas-Kriti Sanon movie left Twitterati unimpressed. They rated the upcoming feature film significantly worse than the cartoons they watched as kids. Netizens speculated that one of these kid’s cartoon channels would be where Adipurush would air if it had to be broadcast on an OTT. They also compared it to Temple Run Game VFX.

The movie depicts the victory of good over evil and is based on the Ramayana. Adipurush, slated for release on January 12, 2023, in IMAX and 3D, aspires to be a major Indian movie and a visual spectacular.
